SKNews, Seruyan – Belum terlaksananya pemilihan kepala desa (Pilkades) serentak di sejumlah wilayah Kabupaten Seruyan, dinilai Kalangan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah setempat, pemerintah daerah (Pemda) belum ada itikad baik untuk membahas peraturan daerah (Perda) terkait dengan pilkades serentak.
Perda terkait dengan pilkades serentak sampai saat ini masih belum terbentuk, padahal sangat diperlukan untuk membantu jalannya proses pemilihan. Hal inilah yang dianggap belum adanya itikad yang baik untuk membahas perda dari pemerintah daerah (pemda).
“Kami akan terus mencoba untuk dapat membahas perda tentang pilkades, karena berdasarkan hasil konsultasi ke pemerintah provinsi Kalimantan Tengah perda yang ada cukup direvisi,” kata anggota DPRD Seruyan, Bejo Riyanto, Senin, (20/2/23).
Namun, hal ini masih tergantung dengan keputusan dari Ketua Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD untuk melakukan revisi atau tidak. Jika mau melakasnakan tidak menutup kemungkinan pada tahun ini pilkades dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
“Banyak desa yang penjabat (pj) kadesnya mencapai 9 tahun, tentunya hal ini harus menjadi perhatian instansi terkait terutama untuk desa yang hanya di jabat oleh pj,” ujarnya.
Diharapkan, pemda melalui instansi terkait dapat segera membahas perda pilkades, dehingga perda yang ada dapat lebih sempurna dan pilkades bisa segera terlaksana dengan baik.
“Banyak usulan dari masyarakat pilkades dapat segera dilaksanakan, terlebih bagi yang sudah lama hanya diisi oleh seorang pj kades,” tutupnya. *.*
