SKNEWS – SERUYAN – Perebutan perbatasan wilayah antar desa hingga saat ini masih terjadi di Desa Selunuk, Kecamatan Seruyan Raya, banyak dari warga setempat saling merebutkan tentang hak kepemilikan tanah.
Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Seruyan, Arahman mengatakan, perebutan tapal batas wilayah menjadi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi warga setempat. Sehingga tidak jarang warga setempat sering terjadi perselisihan antara desa satu dengan desa tetangganya sendiri akibat polemik yang belum ada jalan tengahnya ini.
“Saat ini belum ada kesepakatan antar desa, dimana secara potensi wilayah desa selunuk sangat bagus karena masuk di area perusahaan perkebunan. Inilah yang menjadi salah satu pemicu terjadinya konflik, mereka desa-desa yang letaknya dekat perusahaan itu saling mengklaim batasan wilayah miliknya,” Katanya.
Ia juga menjelaskan, polemik batas wilayah di Desa Selunuk ini tidak hanya terjadi antar desa saja, namun juga dengan kabupaten tetangga yakni Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur (Kotim) .
Dimana berdasarkan informasi pemerintah desa setempat yang diperolehnya, hampir satu RT masuk wilayah Kotim, yang dampaknya banyak warga desa selunuk merasa dirugikan, terutama saat pembuatan sertifikat hak milik tanah, banyak dari meraka kebingungan menentukan wilayahnya apakah masuk Seruyan atau Kotim, sehingga saat ada program tora kemarin mereka tidak bisa membuat sertifikat.
“Ini yang perlu menjadi perhatian kita bersama, hanya ada satu solusi yakni pemerintah harus turun tengan untuk meredam permasalahan ini, pemerintah mempunyai tanggungjawab sesuai peraturan yang berlaku,” tegasnya.
Dijelaskannya, dalam Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Seruyan yang mengatur, jika ada suatu desa yang tidak bisa bersepakat dengan desa lainnya, maka pemerintah daerahlah yang harus turun tangan untuk menyelesaikannya. Oleh karena itu, perlu upaya tindak lanjut dari pemerintah setempat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini secara arif dan bijaksana, agar polemik ini bisa dinetralisir secepat mungkin. (Mhd/ Red)
