Kini para perempuan di desa Mintin antusias mengembangkan tanaman sayur sistem hidroponik dan tidak itu saja, kelompok budidaya ini juga menggabungkan diri dengan komunitas hidroponic Kalimantan Tengah. Menurut Eti Kristeli bahwa kehadiran PLTU Mintin untuk program CSR di ring 1 sangat menyentuh masyarakat dengan tidak saja memberikan bibit dan pelatihan namun juga dilakukan pengembangan secara berkala. Bahkan saat kelompok ini sedang eksis-eksisnya mereka juga membuat kelompok komunitas budidaya hidroponic sebagai sarana pengembangan kemampuan memelihara sayur hidroponik. “ Kami sangat bersyukur mendapat bantuan dari PLTU Pulang Pisau untuk program CSR budidaya pengembangan Sayur Hidroponik, kami juga akan memaksimalkan kesempatan ini apalagi kami juga akan tergabung dengan komunitas Tanaman Hidroponik se – Kalimantan Tengah tentu kita akan lebih dapat sharring kemampuan dalam pengembangan budidaya ini,” kata Eti dengan harapan PLTU terus mengawal perkembangan kelompok perempuan ini. Eti Kristeli dan kawan – kawan berharap kehadiran PLTU akan terus memberikan harapan baik untuk masa depan kaum perempuan di desa Mintin termasuk program pelatihan berkelanjutan diharapkan akan lebih mampu memberikan daya pacu kaum perempuan untuk meningkatkan penghasilan keluarga sebagaimana saat ini hasil penjualan sayur juga bisa di sisihkan untuk kas kelompok .
