SKNews, Seruyan – Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Seruyan, menggelar rapat dengar pendapat (RDP) terkait permasalahan lahan masyarakat Desa Pematang Limau, dimana batas lahan yang ditentukan tim verifikasi dinilai tidak sesuai dan merugikan masyarakat.
Ketua DPRD Seruyan, Zuli Eko Prasetyo mengatakan, untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini harus ada kesepakatan dari kelompok masyarakat dengan tim verifikasi. Salah Satunya dengan melakukan pengukuran secara bersama dilapangan dan semuanya diikutsertakan. Hal ini dilakukan agar pengukuran lebih terbuka dan disaksikan langsung oleh masyarakat pemilik lahan.
“Masyarakat Desa Pematang Limau dan sekitarnya merasa dirugikan dengan kebijakan perusahaan, dimana lahan milik masyarakat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk melakukan aktivitas,” katanya, Rabu, (31/5/23).
Ketua menambahkan, lembaga DPRD siap untuk melakukan pengawasan dan mengawal permasalahan masyarakat ini, karena sangat teknis dan ada data yang diajukan oleh kedua belah pihak. Tentunya perlu musyawarah untuk dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini dan jangan sampai terjadi tindak kekerasan.
“Ganti rugi lahan tidak sesuai dengan luasan dan perusahaan mengklaim lahan milik masyarakat, sehingga kami siap ikut turun langsung ke lapangan dan mengikuti rapat teknis terkait dengan masalah lahan ini,” tegasnya.
Selain itu, apabila pihak desa dan masyarakat ingin melakukan peninjauan ke lapangan, legislatif siap menjadi saksi dan ikut serta meninjau ke lokasi lahan. Namun, harus ada undangan resmi yang diberikan kepada lembaga DPRD Seruyan. *.*
