Dalam kegiatan tersebut Kajari Pulpis, Dr. Priyambudi SH.MH, bersama Kepala DPMD – Hj. Deni Widanarni, Camat Pandih Batu Sarjanadi, Kepala Seksi Intelijen – Hisria Dinata Surbakti, SH, MH., Jaksa Fungsional – Chabib Soleh, SH dan seluruh Kades dan BPD se-Kecamatan Pandih Batu.
Kegiatan sosialisasi ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari inovasi Program Mitra Binaan kawasan food estate yang sudah di launching pada tanggal 20 Mei 2021 di Desa Tahai Baru yang ditandai dengan penandatanganan MoU pengawasan dan pendampingan pengelolaan Dana Desa antara Kejari Pulpis bersama Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa.
”Nah, sosialisasi ini merupakan rangkaian pelaksanaan dari MoU tersebut, dan hari ini merupakan kegiatan ke lima, setelah Banama Tingang, Kahayan Tengah, Jabiren Raya, dan Kahayan Hilir” kata Priyambudi. Kegiatan sosialisasi perundang-undangan ini juga dirangkai dengan penandatanganan MoU bersama Camat Pandih Batu untuk kegiatan bersama melakukan pengawasan dan pendampingan terhadap kegiatan pembangunan pedesaan, serta pengelolaan dana desa.
Kepada awak media, Kejari Pulpis Dr. Priyambudi SH, MH mengatakan penandatanganan MoU pembinaan, pendampingan dan pengawalan terhadap program-program kegiatan pembangunan di desa ini untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan bersih (Good and Clean Government) di tingkat Pemerintah Kecamatan maupun di Desa yang bebas dari Korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme (KKN). Priyambudi mengatakan, sosialisasi perundang-undangan dan MoU kepada Camat secara kontinyu dilaksanakan pada seluruh Kecamatan dan Desa sehingga akan lebih mendekatkan diri kepada pemerintahan desa. Penegakan hukum tidak hanya bersifat represif (penindakan) tetapi juga bersifat preventif, dengan mengedepankan asas kemanfaatan, karena Dana Desa digulirkan bertujuan untuk digunakan dalam berbagai kegiatan yang mendatangkan sebesar-besarnya manfaat bagi warga desa.
Priyambudi mengajak kepada seluruh Kepala Desa dan BPD, khususnya di Bumi Handep Hapakat untuk bersama-sama menyamakan visi misi dan persepsi dalam pembangunan desanya untuk kepentingan masyarakat. ”Untuk melaksanakan pembangunan, para Aparat Pemerintah Desa, yakni dari Kades dan BPD niatnya harus lurus untuk memajukan desa dan masyarakatnya. Dalam kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut, Kejari Pulang Pisau juga menyertakan BNK Kabupaten Pulang Pisau untuk melakukan sosialisasi anti Narkoba sehingga lebih menghidupkan lagi kegiatan BNK. Selain itu juga mengikutsertakan UPP Saber Pungli untuk memberikan penerangan hukum kepada seluruh Kades dan Ketua BPD dan inovasi pelaporan berbasis aplikasi. Kemudian dalam program itu dirangkai pula dengan peluncuran inovasi layanan publik berbasis IT atau Website bagi para Kades.
