Suarakahayannews.com, PULANG PISAU : Kebakaran kembali terjadi di wilayah kecamatan Kahayan Kuala tepatnya di komplek pasar Bahaur yang menghanguskan bangunan sebanyak 40 buah yang dihuni 30 KK.
Kebakaran yang terjadi, Rabu, ( 20/1/2021 ) tersebut mendapat perhatian dari pemerintah daerah kabupaten Pulang Pisau dengan langsung terjun ke lokasi kejadian, pendirian pos penanganan oleh BPBD, bantuan sosial berupa sembako serta bahan material bangunan yang langsung diserahkan secara simbolis oleh bupati, H. Edy Pratowo.
Kebakaran yang terjadi sekitar jam 23.00 tersebut baru berhasil dipadamkan hingga jam 04.00 wib dini hari dengan bantuan pemadam dari Pulang Pisau, Kapuas dan Banjarmasin.
Disela – sela kunjungannya ke lokasi Bupati meninjau langsung lokasi kebakaran yang hanya tersisa puing – puing yang terbuat dari kayu tersebut termasuk menyapa langsung para korban kebakaran yang juga bersama dalam kegiatan peninjauan bupati.
Kehadiran bupati didampingi SOPD terkait, BPBD, Dinsos, PUPR, Perkimtan, perhubungan, pol PP, ketua dan wakil ketua serta anggota, Polsek, Koramil, camat yang kesemuanya langsung meninjau lokasi kejadian kebakaran.
Dalam pesan singkatnya Edy Pratowo yang didampingi ketua dan wakil ketua DPRD Pulang Pisau serta beberapa anggota menyampaikan ucapan bela sungkawa atas terjadinya peristiwa tersebut dimana ditengah pandemi saat ini cobaan dan bencana terus terjadi sehingga diharapkan bersama bersabar dalam menghadapinya.
” Saya selaku Bupati menyampaikan bela sungkawa atas kejadian kebakaran yang mengakibatkan 30 KK kehilangan rumah dan tempat usaha dan pemerintah dalam hal ini hadir untuk memberikan perhatian walau tidak cukup untuk mengembalikan keadaan seperti sedia kala,” kata Edy dihadapan warga di komplek tersebut.
Hadirnya pemerintah diakui Edy mungkin tidak bisa untuk menyelesaikan serta membangun kembali kondisi 40 bangunan yang rusak namun yang diberikan bersifat sementara seraya mengikuti perkembangan yang terjadi.
Sementara itu , Zainal ( Combo ) sebagai salah seorang saksi terjadinya kebakaran menuturkan bahwa saat awal kejadian dirinya tengah bersama komunitas relawan pengumpulan bantuan untuk sumbangan bencana banjir di Kalsel namun secara tiba – tiba dirinya melihat api dari salah satu bangunan toko namun saat didobrak pintunya dan masuk ke dalam api telah membesar dan susah dikendalikan hingga akhirnya menghanguskan semua bangunan sekitarnya yang di huni oleh 84 jiwa atau 30 KK.
” Saat kami bersama rekan – rekan menyiapkan bantuan korban banjir tiba – tiba terlihat api dan saat kami dobrak pintu ternyata api sudah membesar dari sekitar Kulkas di dalam rumah yang tidak berpenghuni namun api susah dikendalikan dan membesar dan semakin menjalar dengan cepat,” kata Zainul.
Komplek Pasar Bahaur merupakan komplek pasar padat penduduk dengan rata – rata bangunan lama yang berbahan dasar kayu dan pada komplek ini sebelumnya tahun 2017 juga telah terjadi kejadian kebakaran yang hampir sama pada kejadian tahun 2021 ini sehingga kejadian kebakaran telah 2 kali terjadi pada lokasi pasar yang sama namun beda jalur.
