Musyawarah rencana pembangunan merupakan agenda rutin tahunan pemerintah daerah dari semua tahapan,yakni musrenbang tingkat desa, kecamatan hingga terakhir ditingkat kabupaten sedangkan seluruh tahapan dilaksanakan oleh opd terkait yakni bappedalitbang.

Usulan yang masuk tidak saja berasal dari kepala desa ditiap kecamatan namun kehadiran para wakil rakyat juga menjadi poin penting memberikan gambaran singkronisasi usulan kegiatan.
Sekda Pulang Pisau, Tony Harisinta yang juga hadir disemua kegiatan musrenbang menegaskan bahwa seluruh usulan yang masuk akan dijadikan bahan pokok penting untuk perencanaan pembangunan tahun 2024 mendatang.
