SKNews, Seruyan – Bupati Seruyan Yulhaidir melepas secara langsung purna tugas Kepala Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan (Dispursip), yang tepat pada tanggal (1/11/22) mengakhiri tugas sebagai aparatur sipil negara di wilayah setempat.
Setelah tidak kurang dari 34 tahun mengabdi sebagai seorang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan sedikitnya dalam 2 tahun terakhir memimpin Dispursip Seruyan, tepat tanggal 1 November tahun ini Masrohim memasuki purna tugas.
“Selama diberikan tugas dan amanah menjadi Kadis Pursip, masih banyak tugas dan program kerja yang tidak dapat berjalan secara maksimal, meski semuanya sudah dilakukan dengan kemampuan secara penuh,” kata Masrohim.
Menurutnya, selama diberikan kepercayaan memimpin Dispursip masih banyak kekurangan dan tujuan yang belum tercapai secara maksimal, salah satunya terkait dengan kunjungan baca ke seluruh kecamatan hingga desa terpencil.
“Kendalanya fasilitas mobil perpustakaan untuk melakukan kunjungan saat ini kondisinya sudah tua, sehingga sangat tidak memungkinkan, dan selama ini hanya mampu berkunjung ke sekolah di kecamatan terdekat,” tambahnya.
Sementara itu, Bupati Seruyan Yulhaidir menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih kepada Masrohim dan keluarga, di mana sebelum menjadi kabupaten pemekeran sudah mengabdi sebagai seorang ASN hingga saat ini.
“Atas nama pribadi dan pemerintah daerah, saya menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih dan mengapresiasi atas dedikasi, gagasan, tenaga, dan hal-hal positif yang sudah diberikan selama ini,” katanya.
Di akhir kegiatan, juga dilakukan serah terima jabatan dari Masrohim kepada Rusdi Hidayat sebagai pelaksana tugas (Plt) kepala Dispursip, hingga kepala daerah menunjuk kepala dinas secara definif berdasarkan hasil lelang jabatan yang masih dalam proses penjaringan. *.*
