SKNews, Seruyan – Pengurus Barisan Pertahanan Masyarakat Adat Dayak (BATAMAD) Kabupaten Seruyan Periode 2022-2027 telah dilantik dan dikukuhkan, guna memaksimalkan tugas dan fungsinya legislator setempat meminta segera bangun sinergi.
Wakil Ketua II Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Seruyan, Muhammad Aswin mengatakan, pihaknya sangat mendukung penuh atas keberadaan lembaga BATAMAD tersebut, karena dapat mewadahi dan bahkan ikut bersama-sama mengawal dalam penyelesaian permasalahan tanah adat oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggungjawab.
“Saya mangapresiasi sekali atas dilantik dan dikukuhkannya pengurus BATAMAD Seruyan, saya harap lembaga masyarakat adat dayak ini dapat bersinergi dengan semua pihak,” katanya.
Ke depan, lembaga BATAMAD diminta dapat bekerjasama dengan semua lini, seperti halnya dengan pemerintah daerah, maupun lembaga-lembaga kemasyarakatan lainnya untuk mengatasi persoalan-persoalan yang ada.
“Keberadaan lembaga BATAMAD tentu sangat positif, karena tugas dan fungsinya sebagai lembaga masyarakat adat dayak yang mengatasi persoalan-persoalan yang ada, baik ikut menjaga kondusifitas, kearifan lokal, dan hak-hak masyarakat adat dayak,” tegasnya.
Untuk itu diharapkan, pengurus dan anggota yang dilantik siap menjalankan tugas serta fungsinya sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku, agar lembaga adat ini bisa terus eksis dan memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat luas. *.*
