SKNews, Seruyan – Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Seruyan meradang dan kecewa, karena kegiatan musyarawah perencanaan pembangunan (musrenbang) tingkat kecamatan, banyak (stakeholder) pemangku kepentingan yang tidak menghadiri.
Kegiatan musrenbang yang dilaksanakan oleh Kecamatan Seruyan Hilir, hanya dihadiri oleh perwakilan kepala Satuan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (SOPD), sejumlah kepala desa (kades), dan camat.
“Musrenbang menjadi arah pembangunan daerah yang akan dilaksanakan, sehingga perlu dihadiri oleh pemangku kepentingan yang bersangkutan, baik kepala desa, camat, dan kepala dinas,” kata Ketua DPRD Seruyan, Zuli Eko Prasetyo, Selasa, (28/2/23).
Ia menambahkan, apabila kegiatan musrenbang tidak dihadiri langsung oleh pejabat yang bersangkutan, maka arah pembangunan menjadi tidak jelas dan musyawarah dipastikan berjalan tidak maksimal. “Perwakilan yang dikirimkan dalam rapat musrenbang belum tentu sepenuhnya bisa menyampaikan hasil diskusi atau musyawarah,” tegasnya.
Menurutnya, kegiatan musrenbang sudah terjadwal dengan jelas dan jauh sebelum kegiatan dilaksanakan sudah ada surat undangan yang dikirim, tentunya yang diundang harus bisa menghadiri agenda musrenbang.
“Ini menjadi pelajaran yang besar, dan jangan sampai kembali terulang pada saat musrenbang di kecamatan lainnya, karena pejabat atau petinggi yang tidak hadir tentu jalannya pembangunan juga akan berdampak,” ujarnya.
Diharapkan, setiap perwakilan yang dikirimkan bisa menyampaikan aspirasi yang memang diperlukan masyarakat, sehingga jalannya pembangunan di desa bisa lebih baik dan program ditingkat kecamatan berjalan sesuai dengan aturan serta harapan masyarakat secara menyeluruh. *.*
