SK News, PALANGKARAYA – Kejaksaan Negeri Pulang Pisau menyapa masyarakat pendengar setia Radio RRI Palangka Raya melalui Talk Show Program Jaksa Menyapa yang disiarkan melalui Studio LPP RRI Palangka Raya Jl. Mh Thamrin No. 1 Palangkaraya, Selasa (25/05/2022).
Dialog Jaksa Menyapa pada kesempatan tersebut mengangkat tema “ Pendampingan Dan Pengamanan Kejaksaan Melalui Aplikasi SIMALSINTAN Untuk Mewujudkan Tata Kelola Pemanfaatan Alsintan Yang Tertib, Transparan Dan Akuntabel (Pada Proyek Strategis Nasional Food Estate di Kabupaten Pulang Pisau) ”. Tema ini sangat relevan dengan yang telah digariskan oleh Jaksa Agung RI melalui 7 Program Kerja Prioritas Kejaksaan RI Tahun 2021, yang nomor satunya ialah Pendampingan dan Pengamanan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN), yang mana food estate merupakan salah satu Proyek Strategis Nasional mewujudkan Ketahanan Pangan Nasional.
Narasumber pada program jaksa menyapa kali ini ialah Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Pulang Pisau, Dr. Priyambudi, S.H., M.H. dengan Jaksa Fungsional, Alfonsus Hendriatmo, S.H. Tema yang dibahas pada program jaksa menyapa kali ini menyoroti inovasi dalam pelayanan publik. Inovasi perlu dibentuk karena dapat mendorong ketaatan masyarakat pada regulasi.
Jaksa Menyapa adalah sebuah program Kejaksaan Agung bekerjasama dengan Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) melalui Nota Kesepahaman yang dilaksanakan hari ini sebagai kelanjutan dari nota kesepahaman sebelumnya yang telah ditanda tangani oleh para Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi dan seluruh Kepala Stasiun RRI di tanah air pada tahun 2018 lalu di Kompleks Kejaksaan Agung, Jakarta.
Priyambudi menjelaskan bahwa dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik di Kawasan Food Estate, Kejari Pulang Pisau mempelopori membentuk sebuah inovasi berbasis IT. Aplikasi Simalsintan dapat membantu masyarakat Pulang Pisau khususnya para petani untuk memanfaatkan alsintan yang ada dan dikelola oleh UPJA dengan cara sewa, untuk mengembangkan dan memajukan pertanian. Kejari Pulpis bekerjasama dengan Dinas Pertanian dan Dinas Kominfo, menggandeng Balai Besar Mekanisasi Pertanian (Balitbang Kementerian Pertanian RI) dan Peat Techno Park Universitas Palangkaraya memberikan pelatihan kepada para kelompok tani dan UPJA melalui Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) penggunaan Simalsintan. Hal itu bertujun untuk memajukan pertanian dan mendorong ketaatan hukum pada masyarakat Kabupaten Pulang Pisau, khususnya di Kawasan Food Estate.
Food Estate sebagai sebuah Proyek Strategis Nasional dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Pusat c.q. Kementerian Pertanian sehingga berbagai program dan bantuan disalurkan langsung Kementerian kepada masyarakat pedesaan di lokasi Food Estate yang notabene dengan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang kurang mendapat persiapan yang cukup memadai untuk menerima berbagai program dan bantuan tersebut, khususnya bantuan alat-alat mesin pertanian. Bantuan tersebut merupakan strategi modernisasi dan mekanisasi pertanian untuk efisiensi dan efektifitas proses produksi dalam rangka optimalisasi hasil pertanian. Untuk itu diperlukan peran serta dan dukungan dari Pemerintah Daerah, dalam hal ini Pemerintah Kabupaten dengan bersinergi bersama stake holder lainnya.
Pengelolaan alat-alat mesin pertanian yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat/petani belum dilakukan secara tertib, transparan dan akuntabel sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh regulasi sehingga diperlukan sebuah tata kelola pemanfaatan alsintan yang baik dan benar. Oleh karena itu Kejaksaan Negeri Pulang Pisau melalui tugas dan fungsi yang dimiliki, yakni pendampingan dan pengamanan oleh bidang Perdata dan TUN serta bidang Intelijen menginisiasi sebuah program kolaboratif bersama Pemerintah Kabupaten cq. Dinas Pertanian untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pemanfaatan alsintan yang tertib, transparan dan akuntabel dengan menggunakan sarana Teknologi Informasi untuk mempermudah prosesnya.*.*
