SKNEWS, KUALA KAPUAS, Pasca penetapan Bupati Kapuas Ben Brahim S Bahat dan Istrinya Ary Egahni Ben Bahat sebagai tersangka oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), atas dugaan perkara tindak pidana korupsi. Saat ini roda pemerintahan dan aktivitas pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Kapuas masih berjalan normal.
Wakil Bupati Kapuas HM Nafiah Ibnor, saat dimintai tanggapannya mengaku turut prihatin atas kasus yang menjerat Bupati Ben Brahim dan Istrinya, namun Ia tetap menghormati proses hukum yang sedang berjalan.
“Prihatin musibah di Kapuas ini. Kapuas tetap aman stabil dan pemerintahan berjalan lancar dan bagus saja,” kata Wabub Nafiah Ibnor, usai menghadiri rapat paripurna di DPRD Kapuas belum lama ini.
Wabub Nafiah juga memohon agar yang bersangkutan diberikan kesehatan dalam menghadapi proses selanjutnya.
“Tolong doakan agar bapak bupati dan ibu bisa melewati ini,” imbuh Nafiah.
“Roda pemerintahan Tetap jalan seperti biasa,” tambahnya.
