Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Seruyan, Masfuatun menyampaikan, melihat potensi wisata yang ada di sejumlah wilayah ini tentu sangat menjanjikan. Memang untuk memaksimalkan dan upaya meningkatkan pengunjung perlu ada peningkatan pembangunan yang dilakukan.
“Saya rasa potensi wisata kita menjanjikan, jika dikelola dengan baik dan maksimal oleh pemerintah daerah melalui dinas terkait. Jangan hanya dibiarkan sehingga kalah bersaing dengan milik swasta,” katanya, Minggu, (4/6/23).
Dikatakannya, dalam hal ini Dinas Pemuda, Olahraga, Pariwisata dan Budaya (Disporaparbud) harus lebih kreatif, berinovasi, dan membuat trobosan untuk memajukan potensi wisata yang ada.
“Dikelolanya tempat wisata dengan baik pastinya akan memberikan warna dan kesan, sehingga banyak wisatawan yang ingin berkunjung di destinasi wisata yang dimiliki Seruyan,” ujarnya.
Menurutnya, Bumi Gawi Hatantiring ini memiliki wisata yang sangat bagus, misalnya destinasi wisata Sungai Bakau, pantainya yang indah dengan keadaan yang asri kemudian sejuk karena banyak pohon cemaranya.
“Kalau dari segi wisata contohnya Sungai Bakau tempatnya enak sejuk hal ini menjadi daya tarik tersendiri, hanya saja yang perlu dimaksimalkan adalah pengelolaannya,” tutupnya. *.*
