Selain yel-yel dan tradisi pengalungan bunga, kedatangan Jenderal bintang dua di Markas pasukan Sriti itu juga turut disambut langsung oleh Danyonarhanud 8/MBC, Letkol Arh Iwan Hermaya Purnawan beserta beberapa Perwira di lingkungan Yonarhanud.
Ditemui usai menyambut kedatangan Danpussenarhanud, Letkol Iwan menyebut jika kedatangan Mayjen TNI Johanis Payung di Satuannya itu, bertujuan untuk meninjau kesiapan pasukan dibawah kendalinya.
“Kebetulan sebentar lagi Yonarhanud 8/MBC akan mengemban tugas operasi. Kedatangan beliau (Danpussenarhanud, red) untuk memastikan kesiapan pasukan Sriti,” kata Letkol Iwan.
Beberapa pesan, kata Danyon, disampaikan langsung oleh Mayjen TNI Johanis dihadapan pasukan Sriti. Pesan itu, berkaitan dengan profesionalisme prajurit selama berada di daerah penugasan.
