SKNEWS – SERUYAN – Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Seruyan, Harsandi meminta kepada instansi terkait agar meningkatkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan pemahaman hukum kepada personel yang ada di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP).
Menurut dia, penguatan SDM di Satpol PP itu merupakan keharusan karena dalam posisi pengawalan dan penegakkan Perda, serta menjaga ketenteraman dan pelindungan masyarakat di Seruyan merupakan kewenangan dari Polisi Pamong Praja itu sendiri.
“Peningkatan SDM Satpol PP ini sangat perlu dilakukan karena tugasnya sebagai penegak peraturan daerah atau Perda, tentu juga menjaga ketertiban umum dan ketenteraman serta menyelenggarakan perlindungan masyarakat,” kata Harsandi di Kuala Pembuang, Selasa (01/02/2022).
Dia mengatakan, dengan adanya peningkatan SDM serta pemahaman terhadap hukum tentu hal tersebut akan menunjang kinerja mereka dalam melaksanakan tugas dan diharapkan bisa bermanfaat bagi masyarakat.
“Dengan SDM yang mumpuni tentu tindakan yang diambil nantinya sesuai dengan aturan yang ada saat ini,” katanya.(Said/ Red)
