SKNews, Seruyan – Seluruh kepala Satuan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (SOPD) yang ada di lingkungan pemerintah Kabupaten Seruyan, didorong untuk memaksimalkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dengan melakukan upaya jemput bola.
Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Wakil ketua I Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Seruyan, Bambang Yantoko, di mana upaya jemput bola tersebut perlu dilakukan oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan agar target PAD di tahun 2022 ini dapat tercapai secara maksimal.
“Kami mendorong SOPD untuk melakukan upaya jemput bola atau secara langsung turun terhadap sumber-sumber potensi pendapatan daerah kita. Terlebih target PAD sangat penting untuk dicapai sesuai yang diinginkan,” katanya.
Menurutnya, upaya jemput bola dinilainya lebih efektif karena terjun kelapangan secara langsung, sehingga akan lebih mudah untuk menyerap sumber pendapatan daerah seperti halnya menagih pajak-pajak dari perusahaan besar perkebunan kelapa sawit yang beroperasional di wilayah setempat.
“Ini juga bisa mengatasi permasalahan selama ini, di mana banyak perusahaan besar swasta (PBS) yang nakal dalam membayar pajaknya atau menunda-nunda,” tuturnya.
Apabila sumber PAD dapat terserap secara keseluruhan, dipastikan dapat mendongkrak laju pertumbuhan pembangunan daerah ini. Disamping juga sebagai satu upaya untuk memulihkan kondisi perekonomian masyarakat yang selama 2 tahun lebih ini terpuruk akibat pandemi COVID-19. *.*
