Ditahun 2022 ini banyak rancangan peraturan daerah yang dibahas di tingkat DPRD Pulang Pisau, tentu lahirkan PERDA tersebut akan menjadi payung hukum dalam mengawal pengendalian laju pembangunan daerah seiring dengan upaya percepatan pembangunan yang ditargetkan dalam visi misi pemimpin daerah.
Dugan yang juga politisi PDI Perjuangan ini menyebut bahwa selama tahun 2022 telah banyak lahir PERDA guna memberikan payung hukum atas kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah maupun masyarakat.
“ PERDA kita telah banyak termasuk Minggu ini saja ada 3 RAPERDA yang kita bahas yakni RAPERDA tentang penyelenggaraan cadangan pangan dan jumlah cadangan beras lalu ada juga RAPERDA penyelenggaraan Kepelabuhan kmudian RAPERDA tentang Pengakuan dan Perlindungan masyarakat hukum adat ya tentu setiap lahirnya perda akan memberikan rasa nyaman dan aman dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan payung hukum dimasyarakat,” ucapnya.
Jangan sampai semakin banyak perda pemerintah tidak menyesuaikan program pembangunan dipaduserasikan dengan perda yang lahir, artinya perda tersebut dibuat sebagai dasar penyelenggaraan pelaksanaan kebijakan.
Harapan yang paling besar adalah lahirnya perda akan memberikan daya dorong untuk terus terciptanya kondisi daerah yang semakin harmonis dibarengi dengan inovasi yang muncul untuk menjadi bagian dari kemajuan daerah itu sendiri. *.*
