SKNews, Seruyan – 7 buah rancangan peraturan daerah (raperda) usulan dari pemerintah daerah (pemda) yang disampaikan langsung oleh Bupati Seruyan Yulhaidir, diterima dan siap untuk dilakukan pembahasan oleh fraksi-fraksi Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) setempat.
Wakil Ketua 2 DPRD Seruyan, Muhammad Aswin menyebutkan, sejumlah raperda yang telah diusulkan oleh pemda diantaranya, raperda tentang perlindungan lahan pertanian pangan berkelanjutan, penyelenggaraan cadangan pangan, pencegahan pemberantasan peredaran gelap narkotika dan prekursor narkotika, persetujuan bangunan gedung, retribusi persetujuan bangunan gedung, penanggulangan bencana, dan raperda tentang perusahaan umum daerah air minum tirta seruyan.
“Sesuai pemandangan umum fraksi-fraksi DPRD, semuanya menyatakan dapat menerima dan segera menindaklanjuti 7 buah raperda yang telah disampaikan pihak pemerintah daerah,” katanya.
Menurutnya, 5 fraksi yang menerima dan akan melakukan pembahasan yakni Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan, Golongan Karya, Nasional Demokrasi, Gerindra, dan Keadilan Demokrasi Bangsa Ampera.
“Semua fraksi menganggap 7 buah raperda yang diusulkan sangat penting dan akan berdampak besar terhadap masyarakat setempat, sehingga akan menjadi pembahasan prioritas nantinya,” tuturnya.
Diharapkan, pada saat melakukan pembahasan nantinya dapat diikuti oleh perwakilan yang memang berkompeten dan paham pada bidangnya, agar raperda tersebut berdampak positif dan bermanfaat besar bagi kehidupan masyarakat. *.*
