SKNews, Seruyan – 5 fraksi Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Seruyan, menyatakan dapat menerima dan siap melakukan pemabahsan secara bersama, terkait 3 buah buah rancangan peraturan daerah (raperda) yang diajukan pemerintah daerah (pemda) setempat.
Wakil Ketua 2 DPRD Seruyan, Muhamad Aswin mengatakan, fraksi PDI Perjuangan yang dibacakan oleh Rudi Hartono, fraksi Golkar yang dibacakan oleh Harsandi, fraksi Nasdem yang dibacakan oleh Erwin Toha, fraksi Gerindra yang dibacakan oleh Mistius, dan fraksi Kedesa Ampera yang dibacakan oleh Masfuatun, semuanya menyatakan dapat menerima dan menindaklanjuti raperda yang diajukan.
“Sesuai dengan pemandangan umum fraksi tadi, semuanya menyatakan kesiapan untuk melakukan pembahasan, karena raperda yang disampaikan dinilai penting dan harus segera ditindaklanjuti,” katanya, Kamis, (27/7/23).
Dijelaskannya, pada kegiatan rapat paripurna sebelumnya pemda telah menyampaikan beberapa buah raperda, diantaranya tentang pengakuan dan perlindungan masyarakat hukum adat, tentang pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah, serta tentang pemberian insentif dan kemudahan penanaman modal.
“3 raperda yang diajukan pemda ini akan ditindaklanjuti bersama sesuai dengan regulasi dan sesuai dengan jadwal banmus yang telah disepakati sebelumnya,” ujarnya
waka 2 menambahkan, saat pembahasan berlangsung instansi yang bersangkutan harus hadir, agar saat melakukan komunikasi dan diskusi bisa memperoleh hasil yang lebih maksimal. Sehingga bisa memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di daerah ini. *.*
