Untuk lebih meningkatkan ke akraban antara DPRD dan Lembaga Eksekutif serta Forkomimda digelar acara Halal Bi Halal merayakan hari raya idul fitri 1443 hijriah usai libur panjang dikalangan pemerintah dan swasta. Secara khusus acara Halal Bi Halal juga dihadiri oleh Bupati Pulang Pisau, Pudjirustaty Narang, Sekda serta lengkap unsur OPD terkait lainnya. Ketua panitia pelaksana yang ditunjuk yakni Mohamad Yamin yang merupakan anggota DPRD dari Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa mengucap syukur bahwa kegiatan ini terlaksana dengan baik serta memberikan makna untuk saling sinergi serta ber-maafan. Sementara itu wakil ketua 1 DPRD pulang pisau, Ahmad Padli Rahman juga mengemukakan hal yang sama namun diharapkan kegiatan ini juga bagian dari upaya untuk terus meningkatkan sinergi dalam rangka membangun bumi Handep Hapakat. “ Dalam momentum Lebaran ini mari kita bersama sama baik itu dari pemerintahan, masyarakat kita tetap terus bersama-sama untuk membangun kabupaten Pulang Pisau agar menjadi lebih baik kedepannya, “ ujar Ahmad Padli Rahman.
