Toni secara umum melihat bahwa absensi asn sangat baik namun dibalik hal tersebut apakah kinerja mereka saat dikantor baik atau justru mereka hanya baik saat absensi dan kinerja mereka justru lemah sehingga capaian kinerja menjadi lambat. “ Jangan sampai saat pandemi ini justru kinerja menurun sehingga capaian kinerja melambat, inilah yang akan kita cari solusi agar kinerja ASN Kembali meningkat walau pandemi masih belum berakhir, ya harapan kita jangan sampai mereka lalai apa yang harus segera mereka kerjakan di kantor,” ucap Sekda. Sekda juga menyebut bahwa absensi baik belum tentu kinerja bagus dan jangan sampai ASN hanya menunggu absen sebab hingga memasuki triwulan ke 2 capaian anggaran masih sangat rendah dan hal tersebutlah yang membuat bupati memberikan arahan khusus agar sekda turun ke SOPD melakukan berbagai langkah meningkatkan capaian kinerja merealisasikan anggaran sesuai dengan target awal dalam penyusunan program SOPD.
