Kejari Pulpis Repid Test 6 Narapidana
SK NEWS – Pulang Pisau : Jaksa selaku Eksekutor Kejaksaan Negeri Pulang Pisau melakukan rapid test terhadap 6 orang narapidana yang telah memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap (Incraht) dari Pengadilan Negeri Pulang Pisau.
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Pulang Pisau, Triono Rahyudi, SH.MH melalui Kasi Pidum Kejari Pulpis, Pratomo Suryo Sumarsono, SH.MH mengatakan bahwa sesuai jadwal hari ini pihaknya melaksanakan rapid test kepada 6 narapidana. Hal itu kata Tomo, sapaan akrab pria tersebut dalam rangka melaksanakan putusan Pengadilan Negeri Pulang Pisau terhadap terdakwa yang telah putus perkaranya, dan telah memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap (Incraht).
” Yang baru kita lakukan rapid test hari ini sebanyak 6 narapidana berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Sedangkan 2 narapidana lainnya yang berjenis perempuan masih kita titipkam di tahaman Polsek Maliku, dan segera akan kita agendakan rapid test. Selanjutnya, Jaksa selaku Eksekutor Kejaksaan Negeri Pulang Pisau akan segera melakukan pemindahan kepada 6 narapidana dari tahanan Polres Pulang Pisau ke Rutan Kelas II Kuala Kapuas, ” ujar Tomo didampingi Kasi Intel Kejari Pulpis, Andi Faiz, SH disela melihat secara langsung kegiatan rapid test di Polres Pulang Pisau, Rabu (3/6/2020).
Menurutnya, ditengah pandemi corona covid-19, pemindahan tahanan harus menjakankan protokol kesehatan covid-19, diantaranya syarat utamanya para narapidana harus menjalani rapid test untuk keamanannya dari terpaparnya virus covid-19.
” Saat ini ada 8 narapidana yang sudah memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap (Incraht), dari Pengadilan Negeri Pulang Pisau dan sekarang dititipkan di tahanan Polres Pulang Pisau. Rapid test kepada 6 narapidana hasilnya negatif, dan segera akan di pindahkan ke Rutan Kelas II Kuala Kapuas. Sementara 2 narapidana lainnya dalam waktu dekat ini akan kita agendakan rapid test, ” tandasnya. ( gt/red )
