SKNews, Pulang Pisau : Presiden RI IR Joko Widodo (Jokowi) amanat khusus kepada Kapolres Pulang Pisau, AKBP Yuniar Ariefinto terkait pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan (Karhutla) di wilayah kabupaten itu.
Hal itu disampaikan Jokowi saat peringatan Hari Jadi Bhayangkara ke 74 yang digelar secara virtual, Rabu (1/7/2020) kemarin.
Kapolres Pulang Pisau mendapat kehormatan berinteraksi langsung dengan Presiden RI melalui video conference didampingi Bupati Pulang Pisau, H Edy Pratowo di Mako Polres Pulang Pisau.
Dalam amanatnya, Jokowi menyampaikan secara khusus kepada Kapolres tentang upaya pencegahan karhutla di kabupaten itu mengingat seringkali terjadi Karhutla di wilayah Kalimantan Tengah.
“Seperti tahun-tahun lalu Kalimantan Tengah merupakan daerah langganan kebakaran hutan dan lahan sehingga hal ini sangat diharapkan tidak akan terjadi lagi,” ucap Jokowi.
Presiden juga yakin dan percaya tugas ini mampu diantisipasi oleh jajaran Polri terutama yang ada di wilayah Kalteng. “Saya juga berharap agar Polri terus mampu menjaga kamtibmas dengan cara-cara yang humanis,” pesan presiden.
Acara Vicon ini juga dihadiri Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Pulang Pisau, dan unsur Forkominda kabupaten setempat.
Usai vicon kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan ramah tamah bersama sejumlah tokoh agama, masyarakat dan pemuda di aula rapat polres pulang pisau bersamaan dengan ditandainya potong tumpeng. asri/rt/red
